VR Expo Partners is an exhibition stand design, fabrication and setup company serving clients across India, the Middle East and Europe. We deliver custom and modular exhibition stands, country pavilions, retail kiosks and event structures — from 3D concept and in-house fabrication through on-site installation and dismantling. Our work includes stands delivered for ING Bank, TCS, CityNetworks, Neuland, CKS and Indian Markets.

We are appointing independent sales agents and business partners — not salaried employees — to bring exhibition stand projects from their city or country. You sell, we design, fabricate and install. You earn a percentage of every project you close, plus repeat commission each time your client books their next show.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies exhibiting at upcoming trade shows in your region — Gulfood, Big 5, GITEX, ADIPEC, Arab Health, Automechanika, IITF, Auto Expo, Bharat Mobility, IMTEX and similar.
• Approach marketing, brand and export managers and present our design and build capability.
• Collect the project brief: stand size, hall and stall number, budget range, show dates and branding requirements.
• Hand the brief to our design team for 3D concepts and quotation, then support negotiation through to order confirmation.
• Stay involved through delivery so the account repeats in the next exhibition season.
• Represent VR Expo Partners at trade shows, exhibitor briefings and networking events in your area.
• Report pipeline and enquiry status to the Business Development desk.

This is a commission-only appointment. There is no fixed salary, retainer or expense reimbursement unless separately agreed in writing.
